The electrolysis-specific crane is a high-precision intelligent equipment specially designed for the electrolysis process. It integrates core functions such as picking and placing cathode and anode plates, and transporting residual plates to the washing unit. Its design positioning accuracy is as high as ±2mm, and it supports three modes: fully automatic, semi-automatic and manual.

The supporting HMI operating system can display coordinates, status and fault information in real time, and the operation is flexible and controllable. The whole machine has undergone special insulation and anti-corrosion treatment, is resistant to DC electric fields and acid mist corrosion, and can adapt to harsh working conditions.
