The gantry frame is made of high-strength Q355B steel, After shot blasting and anti-corrosion painting (epoxy zinc-rich primer + topcoat) to resist salt spray, humidity, and marine corrosion—extending the crane’s service life in harsh coastal environments. The frame adopts a variable cross-section optimization design to ensure structural strength while reducing overall weight, and the rigid-flexible leg combination prevents structural deformation during heavy-load operation and long-span movement.
Equipped with a frequency conversion control system, the crane achieves stepless speed regulation, ensuring smooth lifting, lowering, and movement without impact—protecting fragile ship sections and components from damage. Safety is a top priority, with multiple protection devices to ensure operator and equipment safety: overload limiter, lifting height limiter, trolley travel limiter, crane travel limiter, wind speed and direction monitoring system, rail clamp device, and anchor device. The overload limiter automatically cuts off power when the load exceeds the rated capacity, while the wind speed monitoring system stops operation in strong winds (≥15m/s) to avoid accidents. All electrical components comply with international standards (e.g., Schneider) for reliable performance.
