Project Background

This project is a customized overhead crane solution completed by WEIHUA Crane for a local professional machinery manufacturing enterprise in Morocco. The client is a well-established local machinery factory focusing on mechanical parts processing, equipment assembly and heavy-duty workpiece handling services, serving local industrial manufacturing and infrastructure supporting industries.

With the continuous expansion of the factory’s production scale and the upgrading of processing business, the original old lifting equipment could no longer meet the frequent handling of heavy workpieces, multi-scene switching operations and efficient production rhythm requirements. To improve workshop operation efficiency, optimize production logistics and ensure stable and safe lifting of heavy mechanical parts, the client finally selected WEIHUA’s 20/5 ton double girder EOT crane after strict screening of multiple global crane manufacturers. The equipment is specially customized to adapt to Morocco’s local climate environment and factory workshop operating conditions, and has been officially put into use in the client’s production workshop.

The equipment supplied for this Morocco project is a WEIHUA 20/5 ton double girder Electric Overhead Traveling (EOT) crane, which adopts a mature double-girder bridge structure. It is equipped with a main hook of 20 tons for heavy-load workpiece lifting and an auxiliary hook of 5 tons for light-duty and auxiliary operations, realizing dual-purpose of heavy and light lifting. This crane is designed and manufactured in accordance with international FEM and DIN industrial standards, featuring compact structure, stable operation and strong environmental adaptability. It is widely applicable to frequent handling, assembly and maintenance operations of mechanical workpieces in industrial workshops, fully matching the daily production and operation needs of Moroccan machinery factories.
