High-strength materials and craftsmanship

• Matériel: The main body of the lifting crane hook is forged from 42CrMo/34CrNiMo6 alloy steel. After quenching + tempering heat treatment process, the tensile strength is ≥1000MPa, the hardness reaches HRC 45-50, and it is impact-resistant and deformation-resistant.
• Anti-corrosion treatment: The surface is hot-dip galvanized or Dacromet coated, with salt spray corrosion resistance time of ≥1000 hours, suitable for high-humidity and high-salt environments such as ports and seas.

Intelligent security protection system

• Overload monitoring (facultatif): Built-in wireless sensor monitors the grue load in real time. When overloaded, it automatically triggers an audible and visual alarm and uploads data to the control terminal.
• Anti-decoupling double insurance: Equipped with spring lock tongue + mechanical buckle double locking device, complying with ISO 2415 and ASME B30.10 safety standards.
• 360° rotating bearing: The lifting crane hook adopts a sealed roller bearing, which supports the free rotation of the hook, reduces the risk of wire rope entanglement, and extends the life of the rope.
