According to the differences in application scenarios, it is mainly divided into two types: one is an aluminum electrolysis multi-functional unit specially designed for aluminum smelting, and the other is a special process crane adapted to the smelting of copper, zinc, lead, nickel and other non-ferrous metals.

Aluminum Electrolysis Multifunctional Overhead Crane

Weihha Electrolytic Copper Special Crane
The electrolysis-specific crane is a high-precision intelligent equipment specially designed for the electrolysis process. It integrates core functions such as picking and placing cathode and anode plates, and transporting residual plates to the washing unit. Its design positioning accuracy is as high as ±2mm, and it supports three modes: fully automatic, semi-automatic and manual.
The supporting HMI operating system can display coordinates, status and fault information in real time, and the operation is flexible and controllable. The whole machine has undergone special insulation and anti-corrosion treatment, is resistant to DC electric fields and acid mist corrosion, and can adapt to harsh working conditions. It is equipped with a special spreader and can realize functions such as simultaneous lifting of cathodes and anodes, single lifting, single action of tail hooks and starting plate arrangement, etc., to facilitate unmanned operation of electrolyzers.

Nickel tank-specific cranes are specially built for nickel-iron smelting scenarios. With the advantages of high temperature resistance, high precision, high efficiency, high reliability and intelligent integration, the entire set of products has become the core equipment for improving the quality and efficiency of nickel smelting production lines.
