In order to improve the safety protection capabilities of the swivel crane hooks, Weihua Group redesigned and developed key parts of the equipment and combined high-precision sensors to dynamically monitor the real-time load of the swivel crane hooks. Combined with the multiple protection monitoring system, the safety and reliability of the swivel crane hooks produced by Weihua is increased by 70% compared with ordinary hooks.
The multi-anti-decoupling mechanism of the wivel crane hooks independently developed by Weihua Group has functions such as mechanical lock tongue, electromagnetic braking, real-time monitoring, overload protection, and wear warning. The spring-driven self-locking tongue has an opening and closing force of ≥200N, ensuring that the hoisted object remains locked even when it is accidentally tilted. The electromagnetic lock is triggered at the moment of power outage, and the response time is <0.1 seconds to prevent slippage during power outage. The integrated infrared sensor monitors the closing status of the tongue in real time, and doubles the alarm through LED warning light and buzzer when abnormality occurs. The lifting load-type sensor can monitor the stress state of the hook in real time with an accuracy of ±1% FS, and the data is transmitted to the control room wirelessly. When the load exceeds 110% of the rated value, the lifting power is automatically cut off and emergency braking is initiated. A laser wear scale is set at the throat of the hook. When the wear amount is ≥10%, a system-level alarm will be triggered and maintenance will be forced out of service.
