The integrated infrared sensor monitors the closing status of the tongue in real time, and doubles the alarm through LED warning light and buzzer when abnormality occurs. The lifting load-type sensor can monitor the stress state of the hook in real time with an accuracy of ±1% FS, and the data is transmitted to the control room wirelessly. When the load exceeds 110% of the rated value, the lifting power is automatically cut off and emergency braking is initiated. A laser wear scale is set at the throat of the hook. When the wear amount is ≥10%, a system-level alarm will be triggered and maintenance will be forced out of service.
