As special equipment for high-risk molten metal handling, this crane adopts a full redundant safety design for key lifting mechanisms. The main lifting motor and braking system are equipped with dual independent backup devices, which can maintain limited safe operation in case of single-part failure and avoid molten steel leakage and major safety accidents. The whole machine is coated with high-temperature thermal insulation and anti-rust coatings, and the bottom of the main girder is added with a special heat insulation layer to resist long-term high-temperature thermal radiation from molten steel ladles. Intussen, it is equipped with an intelligent real-time monitoring system, which can track the operating status, laai data, temperature and fault information of each mechanism in real time, and realize automatic alarm and power-off protection for abnormal conditions, fully complying with Indian metallurgical industry safety specifications.
The crane adopts advanced variable frequency speed regulation technology to realize stepless speed adjustment of lifting, trolley traveling and crane traveling. It effectively eliminates the startup and shutdown jitter and swing of traditional cranes, ensuring stable lifting and accurate positioning of high-temperature heavy-load ladles. Equipped with a professional anti-sway control system, it greatly reduces the swing amplitude of the ladle during high-speed transferring, improves the positioning accuracy of pouring and docking, and effectively improves the overall production efficiency of the smelting line. The imported Siemens intelligent control system ensures stable signal transmission and sensitive response, supporting long-term high-frequency cyclic operation without failure.
The whole machine adopts a three-beam four-rail high-rigidity box girder structure, which has strong bearing capacity and anti-deformation performance, and can withstand long-term heavy-load and impact operation. The key load-bearing parts and steel wires adopt high-temperature resistant and high-strength special materials, with a higher safety factor than ordinary industrial cranes, adapting to the harsh working environment of high temperature, dust and heavy load in Indian metallurgical workshops. The optimized mechanical structure design reduces equipment wear and failure rate, extends the service life of the whole machine, and reduces the later maintenance cost and downtime loss for enterprises.
