
This project targets a local machinery manufacturing and warehousing enterprise in the UAE. Targeting the UAE’s high-temperature, dry, and dusty desert climate, this 10-ton single girder overhead crane is specially optimized for environmental resistance. The whole machine adopts high-temperature resistant electrical components and dust-proof sealing design, which can stably operate in a high-temperature environment of 55℃ without failure. The surface of the main girder is treated with multi-layer anti-corrosion and high-temperature resistant paint, which effectively resists dry air oxidation and dust erosion, prolonging the service life of the equipment and reducing the frequency of maintenance in harsh desert environments.
The equipment is equipped with a complete multi-level safety protection system, including upper and lower limit travel switches, overload protection device, 緊急停止按鈕, 及防撞裝置. The wire rope lifting system adopts a 5:1 high safety factor, which completely avoids load falling risks. Equipped with ZDY-series low-noise motors and hardened surface gear transmission structure, the crane runs smoothly without impact, ensuring precise positioning of heavy loads and meeting the high safety standards of UAE industrial workshops.
Adopting optimized single girder box structure design, the crane features light self-weight, high rigidity, and small wheel pressure, which does not require excessive transformation of the client’s existing workshop plant, saving renovation cost and installation time. Compared with traditional double girder cranes, it has lower energy consumption and higher operating efficiency, which can effectively reduce the client’s long-term operation cost. The A5 working duty class supports 10-20 times of frequent lifting operations per hour, fully adapting to daily intensive production and handling work.
Dual operation modes of wireless remote control and ground handle control are adopted, which is flexible and convenient for operators to choose according to different working scenarios. The remote control has a long control distance and anti-interference performance, realizing remote safe operation and avoiding potential safety hazards caused by close-range operation. The whole machine has a low failure rate, simple daily maintenance, and provides great convenience for local after-sales operation and maintenance.
After the installation and commissioning of the 10-ton single girder overhead crane in the UAE client’s workshop, it has been officially put into daily industrial operation, covering multiple core links such as workshop raw material handling, mechanical equipment assembly, semi-finished product turnover, and finished product loading and unloading.
