To address the challenge of long-term thermal radiation in furnace areas, Weihua equips its dual-crane systems with specialized, high-temperature-resistant cabling. The main girders house temperature-controlled electrical rooms, complemented by double-layered, heat-insulated operator cabs—a comprehensive design that effectively blocks heat from reaching critical electronic control units.

This enables the system to reliably handle complex operational conditions—such as frequent starts and stops, varying loads, and high-speed lifting—ensuring rapid movement for heavy loads and stable, controlled handling for lighter ones. This effectively prevents workpiece oscillation, which could otherwise lead to uneven quenching microstructures or physical damage from collisions.
