Against the backdrop of booming industrial upgrading and manufacturing expansion in Vietnam, high-performance industrial lifting equipment has become a core support for local factory production efficiency improvement. The Vietnamese client is a leading local enterprise focusing on mechanical processing and structural component manufacturing. With the continuous expansion of production scale and the upgrading of production lines, the original old lifting equipment could no longer meet the demands of frequent heavy-load handling, stable operation and long-term continuous work. Ek olarak, Vietnam’s typical high-temperature, high-humidity and slightly saline coastal environment puts forward strict requirements on the corrosion resistance, structural stability and operational durability of industrial cranes.

After in-depth on-site communication and demand sorting, the client confirmed the procurement demand for two sets of 20-ton double girder overhead EOT cranes. The core requirements include: 20-ton rated lifting capacity, stable heavy-load operation, excellent environmental adaptability suitable for local climatic conditions, high working efficiency to match batch production, and compliant with Vietnamese industrial safety standards and international export specifications. Aiming at the client’s actual production scenarios and regional environmental characteristics, we adopted a heavy-duty double box girder structure for the 20-ton overhead EOT cranes, which features high rigidity, Güçlü taşıma kapasitesi ve küçük deformasyon, effectively ensuring stable lifting operation under full-load and frequent working conditions. In terms of environmental adaptation optimization, we targeted Vietnam’s high humidity and corrosive climate to implement professional anti-corrosion treatments including overall sandblasting, anti-rust primer and weather-resistant finish paint. All electrical components and key mechanical parts are equipped with moisture-proof and anti-corrosion protection devices, which effectively avoids equipment aging, rust and circuit failure caused by harsh environments and guarantees long-term stable operation of the equipment.
In terms of performance configuration, the cranes adopt A5 heavy-duty working level, matching the frequent material handling work of industrial workshops. Equipped with advanced electric trolley lifting mechanism, the equipment realizes precise positioning, stable lifting and flexible walking. The dual control modes of ground handle and remote control are adopted to improve operation convenience and meet different working habit demands. Ek olarak, multiple safety protection devices such as overload limit, travel limit and emergency stop device are configured to comprehensively avoid operational risks and meet international industrial safety standards.
To ensure product quality and delivery efficiency, we implemented full-process quality control from raw material procurement, kaynak üretimi, mechanical processing to assembly debugging. All steel materials are selected from high-quality industrial steel, and key welding processes adopt automatic welding technology to ensure welding firmness and structural uniformity. After the completion of equipment assembly, our professional technical team conducted multiple full-load lifting tests, no-load operation tests and safety performance detection to verify that all parameters fully meet the design standards and client requirements.
In the export link, we standardized the packaging, container loading and customs declaration procedures. Professional export packaging is adopted for key parts to prevent collision and moisture damage during sea transportation. With standardized document preparation and efficient customs clearance operation, we successfully completed the export transportation work on schedule, ensuring that the equipment arrives at the Vietnamese factory safely and on time.
After the equipment is delivered and installed, it will undertake the core lifting work of heavy workpieces, raw materials and finished products in the client’s new workshop. The efficient and stable lifting performance greatly optimizes the client’s production workflow, reduces manual handling costs, and effectively improves overall production efficiency. The excellent anti-corrosion performance and stable quality also reduce equipment maintenance frequency and operating costs for the client, winning high recognition from the cooperative enterprise.
