To address the challenge of long-term thermal radiation in furnace areas, Weihua equips its dual-crane systems with specialized, high-temperature-resistant cabling. The main girders house temperature-controlled electrical rooms, complemented by double-layered, heat-insulated operator cabs—a comprehensive design that effectively blocks heat from reaching critical electronic control units.

This effectively prevents workpiece oscillation, which could otherwise lead to uneven quenching microstructures or physical damage from collisions.
