The main lifting motor and braking system are equipped with dual independent backup devices, which can maintain limited safe operation in case of single-part failure and avoid molten steel leakage and major safety accidents. The whole machine is coated with high-temperature thermal insulation and anti-rust coatings, and the bottom of the main girder is added with a special heat insulation layer to resist long-term high-temperature thermal radiation from molten steel ladles.
