De afgelopen jaren, Algeria has boosted the development of manufacturing, mechanical processing and logistics industries, driving rising demand for reliable and cost-effective heavy lifting equipment. The local industrial manufacturing customer focuses on mechanical parts production and factory material handling. As production expanded, their outdated cranes suffered from low efficiency, poor stability and frequent breakdowns, severely hindering workshop productivity.
After extensive comparison, the customer ordered a 10-ton overhead crane to upgrade their workshop lifting and material transit capacity. We optimized the structure, electrical system and safety configuration to adapt to Algeria’s high-temperature and dusty working conditions, as well as local power standards and factory parameters. The crane passed strict production and inspection, and was successfully delivered, installed and put into formal operation.
