Core Structural Design

This double girder overhead crane adopts a mature and reliable box-type bias-rail double main girder structure, which is the key to realizing ultra-heavy load bearing. The two parallel high-strength box girders evenly disperse the heavy load, completely avoiding stress concentration and greatly improving the overall rigidity and stability of the equipment compared with single-girder cranes.

The main girders are connected with high-precision end beams via high-strength integral bolts. Processed by professional precision processing equipment, the connecting surfaces achieve high matching accuracy, ensuring no deviation during long-distance operation and smooth trolley traveling. The end beam adopts an integral torsion-resistant box structure, which effectively resists torsion and vibration during heavy-load operation and enhances the overall structural stability of the crane.

The complete equipment set includes main girders, fine carrozze, traveling operating mechanism, heavy-duty electric wire rope hoist trolley, electrical control system and multi-dimensional safety protection devices.
