After in-depth on-site communication and demand sorting, the client confirmed the procurement demand for two sets of 20-ton double girder overhead EOT cranes. The core requirements include: 20-ton rated lifting capacity, stable heavy-load operation, excellent environmental adaptability suitable for local climatic conditions, high working efficiency to match batch production, and compliant with Vietnamese industrial safety standards and international export specifications. Strict Production & Standardized Export Delivery

To ensure product quality and delivery efficiency, we implemented full-process quality control from raw material procurement, produzione di saldature, mechanical processing to assembly debugging. All steel materials are selected from high-quality industrial steel, and key welding processes adopt automatic welding technology to ensure welding firmness and structural uniformity. After the completion of equipment assembly, our professional technical team conducted multiple full-load lifting tests, no-load operation tests and safety performance detection to verify that all parameters fully meet the design standards and client requirements.

In the export link, we standardized the packaging, container loading and customs declaration procedures. Professional export packaging is adopted for key parts to prevent collision and moisture damage during sea transportation. With standardized document preparation and efficient customs clearance operation, we successfully completed the export transportation work on schedule, ensuring that the equipment arrives at the Vietnamese factory safely and on time.
