The bridge is composed of double main girders and end beams, adopting a welded box girder structure with camber design, which effectively reduces structural deformation during heavy-load lifting. The main girder is made of high-strength steel (equivalent to FE37 or FE52), and the main welds are processed by Lincoln welding and non-destructive testing to ensure structural integrity and load-bearing capacity. The end beams are rigidly connected to the main girders, and the middle part is detachably connected by bolts, which is convenient for transportation and on-site installation.
2. Mécanisme de levage

The lifting mechanism is equipped with a high-power electric motor (main hook motor power about 55kW) and a high-precision reducer, matched with a wire rope hoist (or chain hoist) to ensure stable lifting and lowering of heavy loads. The brake system adopts a reliable electromagnetic brake, which can quickly stop the load in case of power failure or emergency, preventing accidental falling and ensuring operational safety. The hook block is made of high-strength alloy steel, after heat treatment to enhance wear resistance and load-bearing capacity, and is equipped with anti decoupling devices to avoid load slipping.

The trolley carries the hoisting mechanism and moves along the track on the main girder, realizing horizontal movement of the load. It is powered by an electric motor with wheels running on bridge rails, ensuring smooth and precise movement. The end trucks are installed at both ends of the bridge, with wheel assemblies that facilitate the bridge’s movement along the overhead runway. The wheel pressure is reasonably designed (about 227.5kN/wheel for similar models) to avoid damage to the runway and building structure.

The crane is equipped with a multi-mode control system, supporting pendant control, radio remote control and cabin control, which can be selected according to on-site operation needs. The remote control has a long control distance (jusqu'à 50 mètres) and stable signal, allowing operators to control the crane from a safe position; the operation cabin is equipped with a comfortable orthopedic seat, climatisation, and an optimized visual field design, réduisant la fatigue de l'opérateur lors d'un fonctionnement à long terme.
