Different from full gantry cranes, this semi gantry design adopts a single-side ground rail support and utilizes existing factory building columns or overhead tracks for the other side fixation, which greatly saves floor space and reduces infrastructure investment. Equipped with an industrial wireless remote control system as the standard configuration, the crane enables free, flexible, and safe remote operation, perfectly solving the operational limitations of traditional fixed-control cranes and meeting the frequent lifting, moving, and stacking demands of warehouse and workshop daily material handling.

1. Space-Saving & Site Adaptability
The unique semi-gantry asymmetric structure abandons the double-ground rail design of full gantry cranes. One side runs on the ground rail, while the other side slides along the factory’s original wall-mounted or column-mounted track, making full use of the vertical space of the workshop. It avoids occupying excessive operating channels, which is especially suitable for narrow workshops, compact warehouses, and sites with limited ground space. The overall structure is compact without dead angles, maximizing the effective working area of the factory.

Compared with full gantry cranes and overhead bridge cranes, this semi gantry crane requires simpler foundation construction and fewer supporting steel structures, greatly reducing early installation costs and construction cycles. Featured with dual control modes of industrial wireless remote control and wired pendant control, the crane supports free switching according to working conditions. The handheld remote controller is lightweight, ergonomically designed, and supports long-distance wireless control, allowing operators to stand at the best viewing position to complete lifting, trolley travelling, gantry walking, and emergency stop operations. It effectively avoids blind operation, improves working efficiency, and reduces the risk of collision and safety accidents caused by fixed-position operation.
Equipped with industrial-grade wireless remote control system independently developed and certified, the crane supports anti-interference wireless signal transmission, which can stably receive instructions in complex workshop electromagnetic environments without signal delay or disorder. The remote control distance can reach 50-100 meters, covering the full working range of the crane.
