The precise positioning error is controlled within ±5mm, which fully meets the high-precision hoisting and alignment requirements of power generation core equipment such as turbines and generators.

4. Complete Safety Protection Mechanism

In line with the high safety standards of power plant operations, the crane is equipped with a full set of safety protection devices, including overload limit protection, height limit protection, travel limit protection, emergency stop device, brake failure protection and anti-collision system. Once abnormal load, over-travel or equipment failure occurs, the system will automatically cut off the power and lock the operation to ensure the absolute safety of hoisting operations, equipment and on-site personnel.

5. Energy-Saving and Efficient Operation Performance

The optimized transmission mechanism and high-efficiency motor reduce operation energy consumption and mechanical wear. The equipment has low failure rate and convenient daily maintenance, which greatly reduces the later operation and maintenance cost of the power plant, and meets the local energy-saving and environmental protection requirements in Egypt.

Project Implementation Process

The project adhered to standardized and refined whole-process management, from scheme design, factory production, quality inspection to on-site installation, commissioning and training, ensuring the smooth delivery and stable operation of the equipment.

In the early stage of the project, the engineering team conducted on-site investigation on the Egyptian power plant, accurately measured the plant span, lifting height, track foundation and electrical parameters, and combined with the customer’s actual operation scenarios to finalize the customized design scheme, ensuring that the equipment is fully adapted to the on-site working conditions. During the production stage, all core components are processed and manufactured in strict accordance with international industrial standards, and multiple strict quality tests such as load test, no-load operation test and safety performance test are completed before leaving the factory.

After the equipment was delivered to the project site, our professional installation and commissioning team overcame the difficulties of cross-border construction and on-site environment, completed track laying, equipment assembly, electrical wiring and system debugging efficiently and safely.
